After discussion within EPA it was decided that the Green Canyon Storage Tank (ST02) remains an issue at the TSVR. The requirement to fix ST02 will be moved from the authority under the Level 2 Assessment (sanitary defect) to the authority under the 2023 sanitary survey, and it will become a significant deficiency. The work will still need to get done but it will have a different timeline. The 2023 Sanitary Survey should be sent to you soon". jsh 3/31/25
